UPMC of Central Pa Office of Mission Effectiveness, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, in partnership with YWCA Carlisle/Cumberland County, YWCA Greater Harrisburg, YWCA Hanover, YWCA Gettysburg, YWCA Lancaster, and YWCA York, will be hosting a series of Diversity Dialog Dinners beginning in March 2023.

The Diversity Dinner Dialog aims to create a safe space to engage in meaningful conversations on the sensitive issues of race, bias, identity and belonging. diversity, equity and inclusion. This event will allow participants to learn about others' experiences and share thoughts, feelings, and ideas while maintaining respectful, solution-oriented facilitated dialogue.
